Sarah Luffman is a proud native of Lakeland, Florida. She graduated from Lakeland High School (Go Naughts!) before attending the University of Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Linguistics and Italian. After college she enlisted in the US Navy where she studied at the prestigious Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California and trained as a Persian-Farsi Linguist. After serving in the US Navy, she returned to Lakeland, Florida where she worked for the Polk County School District teaching English as a second language, while studying at Polk State College with aspirations to become a nurse. 

 

Sarah attended the University of North Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She immediately began her nursing career in pediatric oncology at Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. Sarah was blessed with the opportunity to continue her studies in nursing, graduating from Duke University’s esteemed Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner program. After practicing for over 3 years in Jacksonville, Florida, Sarah is excited to be back in her hometown, serving the Lakeland Community.
